Mindy is an ICF PCC credentialed coach whose passion for transformational work grew out of her own personal journey. In working with corporate business teams to drive process improvement and deliver products and services, her facilitation and leadership approach focused on having team members work more effectively together. By understanding and valuing the similarities and differences across team members a more cohesive and effective result was achieved. Building on a childhood fascination with solving puzzles and identifying patterns her passion grew into a drive for collaboration, transformation and results with business teams and individuals.

Her transformational efforts took on a more personal tone after being diagnosed with a medical condition and opting to research alternative approaches. The alternative approaches she researched did not fully resolve her health situation, and she received guidance to begin a learning journey. This became an even higher priority after receiving feedback at work via a 360 assessment providing her input from her boss, peers, and direct reports on her strengths and areas for improvement.

Her studies supported her healing on many levels and also revealed her passion for helping others. She was able as well to see the gift in a childhood of being bullied and how it supported the work she was doing – the desire to have people be valued and included (by themselves and others).

Mindy is a catalyst for change and growth having worked with hundreds of business teams and experienced and learned a myriad of transformational tools. This has allowed her to see the parallels between our personal lives with our focus on relationships, health, family, career, and money mirrored in the corporate world as teamwork, morale, culture, contribution, and results.

Her experience as a transformational coach and systemic facilitator led to the awareness of how business team alignment and synergy is as important as the alignment of all the parts of our inner team. In both worlds, we work towards more collaborative connections, more expansive results, a clear alignment between our values and outcomes, and a healthy sense of self-awareness that supports us in stepping out of old ways of being to confidently create new pathways for effective functioning in the world.

Mindy has been recognized as one of the Top Transformational Coaches by Coach Foundation.
